Glan-y-Wern - Coronavirus

Measures we take

We are going to great lengths to ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable stay with us. Rest assured we are following government and industry guidelines for cleaning and social distancing. This means we now have to do things a little different, such as not being able to meet you on arrival. And while we always ensure the cottage is spotless for guests on arrival, we now also take extra time to clean and sanitize high contact areas.

Flexible booking

If you do book with us and you are unable to go on holiday due to:

  • UK or Welsh Government restrictions on travel due to the Coronavirus outbreak which make going on your holiday impossible.
  • The property or location is closed to visitors due to the Coronavirus outbreak.

Then you will be able to choose any of the following options:

(1) Transfer your holiday to new dates in 2020 or 2021, free of charge.
  • If the new dates selected are at a higher price, the difference is payable by you. If the new dates selected are at a lower price, we will charge the lower price / issue a refund as applicable.
  • If the holiday is moved to 2021, we will ensure prices are frozen to reflect the price you would have paid this year (taking into account any changes in public or school holiday dates).
(2) Cancel your booking and receive a refund of all monies paid less the rental deposit paid. If you re-book a holiday with us starting within 12 months of the original holiday date we will reduce the price of your new holiday by the value of the rental deposit we retained.
